How to make a Service Request
It is important that you keep in a safe place the fiscal document and the guarantee document, as these are necessary when you make a service request.
The Servicing Department can be reached by phone on numbers 22794208/209 From Monday to Friday from 8.00 hrs to 16.00 hours, or by email to email@example.com, or by entering your request through this website.
You will be asked to quote your ID Card No./Account No., listed on your fiscal document and/or your guarantee document.
Quote the guarantee number and the stock code of the product as listed on your fiscal document and/or your guarantee document.
Confirm the address details of where you need the service and the After Sales receptionist will give you an appointment.
Have the guarantee document ready to show to the technician prior to him commencing the necessary repairs.
Calls outside the guarantee period carry the normal Company service charges. Tariff available on request.
